Elizabeth Marino joined the team in February 2026 and spearheads the Agriculture Program for veterans and transitioning servicemembers. She bridges the gap between military talent and Florida’s vital agricultural industry while overseeing the organization’s outreach  strategy.

A 12-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Elizabeth has dedicated her post-service career to empowering the military-affiliated community through both advocacy and workforce development. Elizabeth’s background includes award-winning leadership in the Jobs for Veterans State Grant (JVSG) program and successful rebranding initiatives for regional commuter services. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a proud Navy veteran spouse and a former small business owner.
