Veterans Florida runs veteran career services for veterans, Florida National Guard and Reserves, and military and veteran spouses. Services include resume work, interview coaching, military experience translation, and direct introductions to veteran-ready Florida employers. Every applicant gets a real conversation with a member of our team. 

Eligibility for veteran job resources is open to veterans, members of the Florida National Guard, Reserves, and military and veteran spouses. Spouses apply directly and do not need a veteran with them to access services. Active-duty servicemembers exploring options after service are welcome to start the conversation early.

There is zero cost. Veterans Florida is a state-created nonprofit. Every career service we provide is at no cost to applicants, including resume work, interview coaching, employer introductions, and jobs for veterans placements.
